I like this product. ItâÂÂs easy to use and keeps me regular. ItâÂÂs expensive but for quantity you get itâÂÂs worth it. I made the mistake of using it in warm water. It turned into lumpy gel. Not good. Cold water/beverage only!

Love it
Using this for about 6 weeks. Definitely helps you go to the bathroom. No cramping or bloating. Highly recommend ! Awesome to feed the good bacteria in your gut with its FERMENTED potato starch :) thank you! I think it helps with energy too.

Working Despite Skepticism
My husband and I both started taking this three (3) weeks ago. We began as instructed by mixing 1 teaspoon in 80 ml of water (not hot). Then moved up to 2 teaspoons after two (2) weeks. My husband is more regular and has found that his digestive problems have disappeared. With me I've found that I'm also more regular and that I'm no longer feeling bloated after eating. I do still have occasional bouts of indigestion, but that's in extreme cases where I've eaten food high in saturated fats; anything deep fried for example. We may stay at two (2) teaspoons per dose as my husband and I are both under 5' 5". We were skeptical to start, but now we're sold on this prebiotic supplement. Note, the product does have a faint taste and smell as it has been fermented. Good value and Canadian made as well.

I got this as a free sample. Let me tell you the truth. This is described as "solanum tuberosum extract". Sounds fancy, right? You would think, it's special and worth nearly 40 dollars a pound? No magic here. It is just pure potato starch. Because solanum tuberosum is latin for a potato. Just buy cheap potato starch and it would do the same.

Great product
I have been using this for 2 months and it has really helped my overall health. In combination with taking a probiotic, it has regulated my digestive system. I can add it to any liquid, juice or water, etc., and it dissolves quickly and there is no taste which is great.

Got it as a free sample and it helped me with bloated stomach. Also it made me easy to go to washroom so I bought this bag. It is expensive but it is worth it. I bought it on sale so it helped a bit.
