This is the first cork mat I have purchased and I love it! It is perfect for hot yoga because of the excellent grip cork provides even when you are drenched in swear. The only down side is that it is a bit heavier than a typical foam yoga mat. Though that is expected. I am glad I made this investment. It really adds ease to my practice.

I LOVE this mat! Hot yoga hasnâÂÂt been the same since I started using this mat. No slipping on my sweat. Not smelly like my old mats were after time/use. Stays in place. Thick enough to not feel the wood floors. Adorable pattern. Win win win!
