Great relief!
I have leg cramps during the night. I spray some on my calves & feet & found it relaxes & relieves the pain. This spray is a keeper!

Reduced Bursitis pain
I am surprised that this actually works! I've struggled with hip pain for a few years and while the pain increased the first few times after spraying, I am now almost pain free.

This Is Great!
I love this spray since it’s so convenient! Before bed I spray it on to stop my restless menopause legs or my hips when I camp or walk too much & it works really well! it’s a great sleep aid! Just don’t use it on dry skin as it will sting.

It works really well
I’ve been using this spray for years. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and this really helps to ease the pain. I use it on my back, neck, shoulders, hips, legs, and arms whenever I’m hurting. When I’m done applying it to all those places, I can feel a sensation of calm and relaxation that makes me just want to sink into my couch and rest. It’s very effective. I also take magnesium bisglycinate capsules and the combination works wonders.

It works
Both my kids suffer from growing pains in their legs and this seems to get right to the issue and fast. I would only put one or two sprays on the affected area to try first. My oldest said that it stung her and it burned, while the youngest said the opposite and it made her legs feel much better. I also tried this and it took away the pain in my knees, it does make it tingle a little, but it works.

Half as effective as the balm , previouslyby same maker. You have to use more, due to dilution, which i agree some skin types less irritated as we grow older. I used to mix the balm with cbd distillate-powder form, bought from a dispensary. This added kick to Magnesium, greatly reduced constant pain from knee issues and shoulders alike. So again the balm worked so well, the spray not so great, so you have to purchase more...; the balm always sold out@!

Sweet Dreams
So i had just learned about spraying magnesium on my feet at night and went searching and found this Canadian product. Absolutely a regular in my nightly routine. Excellent product. Very helpful
