Tasty!
I alway forget to take my biotin but my hairdresser says we should be taking it everyday. Having these gummies is a great way to remember and they taste great!

Great product
I absolutely hate taking pills so eating a couple of gummies instead is absolutely wonderful. Does wonders for my skin, hair and nails. I primarily got these for bone maintenance. I take my multivitamin one day and take these gummies the next day. After 4 months I will take a break and repeat four months later.

Ok but a bit dry
These work well for my hair and nails (which both happen to be fine and prone to breakage) but the texture is not like other gummy vitamins I take. Fine but a bit drier.
