My hair was falling out badly after having covid so my doctor recommended I take biotin 10,000 mcg twice daily. I used this brand and it worked within 2-3 weeks. My hair is back to normal now 3 months later and I plan to continue with this product.

I honestly don’t know if it’s working because I was using collagen powder at the same time but I did notice that my nails were stronger while using it
