My first impression was that the packaging was slick and made it look like a cosmetic product. The product itself tastes rather chemically, but it's bearable. It's better than taking yet another vitamin in tablet form, although I wish it were a sublingual spray. (Since the dropper doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the bottle, I wonder how I'll get 1ml doses out of the bottle as the product is used up.) As for whether it "works", I've been taking it daily for about three weeks and it is hard to tell as effects would at best be very subtle, as with any vitamin supplement. Nonetheless I am glad to have found this product at a reasonable price in a liquid form, and I'll continue to take it daily.

I've been taking this for about a month and definitely notice a difference in my mood and ability to handle stress. Whether this is actually due to the B12 or a placebo effect, I don't care - it is working! I prefer the liquid to a pill and the taste is fine. I think of it as "medicine" not a snack food so the taste is immaterial if it works.

This product is awesome. Definitely gives you a nice charge of energy especially when taken every morning with breakfast. My weight loss increased with this as desired. Not dramatically, but it was a nice boost. My only complaint is about the taste, and only because it claims to taste great. That said, my husband found it good tasting and said it was a berry flavor whereas I found it to be sharp and a little chemical tasting. Still, the product is worth it.

Great tasting liquid format
I've been using this product for years. I don't use any other form of BCOMPLEX as this one is the only one I find that is easy to swallow and leaves no long-lasting after taste. It may not be as concentrated as the tablet form, but still works and goes down easier. I definately rercommned it for anyone who wants the benefits of vitamin Bcomplex but finds the tablet form difficult to swallow .

I find a B supplement very much improves my mood and coping ability and this product makes it even easier to take. Taste is fine. The fact that I can get it from Well.ca makes it all 100% convenient. Thanks, Well!

Have been taking this for over 1 month now and my B12 levels are above normal. I have Celiac disease and have been taking bi-weekly injections for over 12 years so this is a Godsend.
A bit of bad taste but it works

I have been taking this B12 complex liquid for over 9 months and it helps my anemia conditions. I have more energy and feel less tired. This B12 liquid is also taste good. I do hope it comes in larger bottle.

We have used many types of B12 but we found this one worked the best for us. We both felt it was quickly absorbed and noticed more sense of well being. It tastes good and is easy to take.
