Natures Bounty Vitamins are the best
I have tried many brands of vitamins and supplements but I have to say Natures Bounty ones are the best, not only in terms of efficacy but is digestion. This particular B-Complex makes a noticeable difference in the metabolizing of protein, fats and carbohydrates. Also, it is a soft gel capsule which I find reaches your system quicker.

I have been taking 1 capsule a day as part of my daily vitamin regime. I notice that I
have more energy overall especially during the Winter when there is reduced dailight.

Gross aftertaste!
These vitamins have a terribly stinky aftertaste. That gross yeasty taste that all vitamin b complex pills have, but much worse. I tried storing them in the fridge (though the label says to store at room temperature) and it didn't help.
