- As a Mouthwash: Add 15 mL (1 tablespoon) to one-half glass of water. Rinse mouth thoroughly. May also be used as a gargle if desired. Use two to four times daily.
- As a Freshening Internal Deodorant: Drink 15 mL (1 tablespoon) in a glass of water or juice two to four times daily.
