Horsetail Grass Herb is traditionally used in herbal medicine as a diuretic. It's a source of silica, heavily concentrated in its dried stems. The name comes from the appearance of the mature plant, which resembles a horse's tail.

Directions: Adults take 1 to 3 capsules 3 times per day. For occasional use only.
