Helps with allergies
I got this because I didn't enjoy drinking the tea for my allergies. It helps but doesn't get rid of them.

My favorite must have herb !
I love my nettle so great for my adrenals , full of silica and 40 trace minerals.
And the biggest benefit is the collagen, which is the only way to get it in your body
