Directions: Adults take 1 softgel per day. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2 to 3 hours before or after. May be taken with or without food. Do not chew or crush.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Lactobacillus acidophilus (NCFM®)    0.74 billion CFU
Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lr-32)    0.21 billion CFU
Lactobacillus plantarum (Lp-115)    0.05 billion CFU
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable oil, fish gelatin (Tilapia), vegetable glycerin, soy lecithin, pectin.

Warnings: If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.

Allergen warning: This product has come into contact with fish and soy. Do not use this product if you have an allergy to fish or soy.

Contra-Indications: Do not use if you have an immune compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).
