Our Favorite and Most Sustanable Diaper on the Market
We have been using the original Nest diapers (plain bag) since our child's birth and have had zero complaints. With the new redesign (colorful bag), we immediately noticed that the product was a bit smaller and thinner, I was a bit skeptical but trusted that the new product would work .
We have been using the new Nest diapers for the past couple weeks without a single leak again. Considering how thin the diapers are, they hold up extremely well – even overnight or longer uses. I now prefer the new diaper over the original one; it’s not bulky at all, the wetness indicator is useful, and the simpler design looks better under light-colored clothing. It's a winner for us. I hope it stays that way as we move up sizes.

On the fence
We tried 4-5 brands when my 18M was born. Nest won by a landslide. Baboo were next, Eco by Naty after that. So for the last 13M or so we’ve been exclusively nest. But we were in for a surprise with the changes that they made. They used to *feel* like obviously compostable diapers and high quality ones at that. Now they feel *supposedly* earth friendly. I get that perhaps slimming down on the disposable materials is likely better for the environment. But they just don’t stand out anymore against other brands. We haven’t had any technical failures yet, so we continue to order but we’re on the fence. We half doubt if they are truely as eco friendly as before, and we wonder if they’ll fit our daughter well for much longer, and they fill up quickly overnight.

Sustainability at its Best!
Hands down my favorite diapers. I have tried many different brands, and Nest has it right! Nest is locally made, and I did my trials and errors with several different brands, and Nest has checked all my boxes. They are bit pricey but absolutely worth it. The material and absorbency is amazing, and it is what you see, no random scents added or unknown materials to help with the absorbency.
We will never buy another diaper again! I would recommend these to any first time parent who wants eco-friendly, no dyes or chemicals in it!

Product has changed - not as good
We loved these diapers but they recently changed the product and we don't like them as much. They are much thinner and seem more flimsy (the tabs have broken when I am putting them on). They also seem smaller and tighter, with less coverage. And they have a weird chemical smell. They are still pretty good and apparently natural but we are disappointed by the new product. What happened?

finally an eco friendly diaper that checks all the boxes
Found these gems after using some "plant based" Huggies and made the switch immediately. We love them. For us, the performance was just as good as any normal non eco-friendly diaper and you are not giving up anything else (they are soft, trim fit, cute, and don't make any weird sound) I did find the size was a touch smaller than the same size in the Huggies brand so I just sized up one. My city doesn't allow compostable diapers in compost here but I still feel better about these than regular disposable diapers.

Best Sustainable Baby Diaper
Finally a brand that is truly sustainable while checking all the boxes! Super absorbent, super soft, free of harmful chemicals and mostly a diaper that fits true to size. Most diapers are so wasteful and too large. Nest fits my baby perfectly and I love the elastic waist on the back. They are super absorbent and my little one sleeps straight thru the night. Thank you Nest diapers!

Impressed with overnights!
This is my first time trying nest diapers so I can’t speak to the product change mentioned by other reviewers but I love these diapers. I’ve tried many different brands of the more sustainable products available on the market and I believe nest is leading the bunch! I use cloth during the day and disposables at night (and for outings), Nest passes the bm test and the heavy urine test without a single leak. Will buy again. I also love the paper packaging!

Not the same but still quite good
These diapers used to be the softest most perfect diaper made in heaven. They changed - now they are way less soft and have a weird chemical smell. That said, they are still great diapers - I use cloth diapers but during the night I use a disposable. I don’t change diapers in the night as a rule. These last 12 + hours and they don’t get all bulky and squishy like regular diapers. They are also compostable so I don’t have to feel guilty.
