Not really unflavoured
I only just received this so cannot review its efficacy yet, but so far I'm disappointed in the flavour. The item is "unflavoured" but it actually has a taste kind of like beef/chicken broth, and this flavour definitely comes through when I add it to coffee (even with milk added) so I won't be doing that again. I will have to try adding it to a chocolate protein shake or to oatmeal to see if the flavour is hidden. I have previously used other unflavoured collagen brands and mixed with coffee with no discernable taste, so I'm disappointed that this one does have a flavour come through. Unless this turns out to be a miracle product I will probably go back to another brand once I'm finished with this one.

The Results were Great
I mix this with my morning smoothie and have been for about 3 weeks. It's the only product I've found that has Sea Buckthorn but in a water soluble form, which is super high in Vitamin C. I know you need vitamin C to absorb collagen and I've notices a huge difference. This is also the only product I found that has types I II & III - all from free range. and grass fed. Fantastic Product.

I just started using collagen after reading several articles on how this is important for diminishing aspects of an aging body. It is easy on the digestive system and is a broad spectrum collagen: addresses need for Type I,II,III collagen. I immediately saw a difference in my skin, hair, and felt it helping my aching joints.

It's not unflavoured. Difficult to put it in my coffee as it alters the taste of drink.
