Directions: Spray 1-2 sprays of Nicorette Quick Mist Smart Track into your mouth whenever you would normally smoke a cigarette or have cravings for a cigarette. Use the second spray if your cravings do not disappear within a few minutes. If 2 sprays are required, future doses may be delivered as 2 consecutive sprays. You may use a maximum of 4 sprays per hour. The maximum daily dose is 64 sprays per day. Do not exceed this maximum.  

Using a support program or counseling with the Nicorette Quick Mist spray can greatly increase a person’s success in quitting. 
 2. After every spray, tap the back label of the mouthspray against the top of your phone (front or back) and hold until you get a confirmation. You don’t need to be in the app to record a spray, as long as it is open in the background. i Phone 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus and X users must open the app to record a spray. Press ‘+’, select ‘Quick Mist Smart Track’ and tap against your phone.
 3. Track your quitting progress in the Nicorette app.

Note: phones may not be able to read an NFC chip when the camera is open, when NFC based mobile pay (such as Apple pay, Samsung pay) is in use or in Airplane Mode. The connectivity only works with mobile phones supporting the use of NFC (Near Field Communication): most Android phones and i Phone 7 and more recent models. Please check your phone settings.
