 2. After every spray, tap the back label of the mouthspray against the top of your phone (front or back) and hold until you get a confirmation. You don’t need to be in the app to record a spray, as long as it is open in the background. i Phone 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus and X users must open the app to record a spray. Press ‘+’, select ‘Quick Mist Smart Track’ and tap against your phone.
 3. Track your quitting progress in the Nicorette app.
