Directions: Spray 1-2 sprays of Nicorette Quick Mist Smart Track into your mouth whenever you would normally smoke a cigarette or have cravings for a cigarette. Nicorette Quick Mist Smart Track helps you track your usage by holding it against your phone after each spray. It uses Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to send information to the Nicorette app.
1. Download the free Nicorette app on Google Play or the App Store, and complete set-up.
2. After every spray, tap the back label of the mouthspray against the top of your phone (front or back) and hold until you get a confirmation. You don’t need to be in the app to record a spray, as long as it is open in the background. i Phone 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus and X users must open the app to record a spray. Press ‘+’, select ‘Quick Mist Smart Track’ and tap against your phone. 3. Track your quitting progress in the Nicorette app.

Life Saver!!!

The spray is super easy to use and works fast, which is a huge relief when cravings hit. What I love about it is how convenient it is. The bottle fits right in my pocket, so I can take it anywhere. And the taste isnt overpoweringits actually pretty mild, which is a nice change from some other products Ive tried. Overall, NICORETTE® QuickMist has made a big difference in my quit journey. If youre trying to quit smoking, I definitely recommend giving it a shot. Its been a game-changer for me.

Worth a try!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this product after applying in hopes of quitting smoking after starting up the bad habit a few years ago. I have to admit this product is literally saving my life. The spray doesnt taste like a horrible nightmare in my mouth and works quickly to stop the craving for a cigarette. You can also track your progress through an app (which I havent tried yet but plan to). Id definitely recommend this to anyone trying to quit this nasty habit as it still has nicotine in it to keep you from those horrible withdrawals but not enough to keep you from doing something stupid for that next cigarette.

It helps calm cravings super fast and it hits those cravings effectively. It tastes fresh, and doesn't have a bad taste that lingers. If you.need something that works fast. doesn't smell and isn't vaping, then this is your go to way to quit smoking and keep track while you manage your cravings and aim to be smoke-free. Give a shot, and see how easy it it to just download the app and set up your account, and start your journey to become a non-smoker.

Doesn't taste too bad
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall I Really love the app that comes with it. It helps me remember to input my cigarette intake and spray intake. However, I find that I Don't remember a lot of The Times but I have now pinned it to my homepage This Way. It would always remind me to use it as for the spray. I like that it You can close so that I can easily put it in my purse and not have to worry thar it will spray everywhere or get debris into the spray hole. I will continue to use the cigarette counter and spray counter on the app.I believe that this would be a really good way to help me quit smoking

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) device very easy to carry in a small handbag or even pockets it very discreet with neutral colors to go unnoticed I loved my experience. surprised at the first and second use but I adapted very quickly. the menthole flavor leaves my mouth with good breath in addition to taking away the taste of smoking a cigarette. I have been using Nicirette SmartTrack for 10 days and my cigarette consumption has decreased considerably. the cost of this device is nothing compared to a pack of cigarettes. in addition the application helps me for other moments when I want to light a cigarette and motivates me thanks to this data

Great Product! Works for me
