Low Fodmap- Fibre is an essential part of any healthy diet, but getting enough fibre can be hard, especially on a low-FODMAP diet. Found in many common foods, FODMAPS (fermentable oligosaccarides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols) are specific types of carbohydrates (sugars) that can be hard to digest for people with IBS, and results in unpleasant symptoms such as abdominal discomfort. Ultimate Daily Cleanse is low FODMAP friendly.

I love this product! My husband and I put a scoop of this in our smoothies in the morning and it really really works to clean us out. It helps with proper digestion and regularity - completely relieves me of any constipation issues. It's all natural too, psyllium husks and flax seeds, etc. I really recommend this.

This is the first product I have tried (of many) that has relieved years of irregularity and constipation. It is gentle, natural and can be used daily as part of a morning smoothie. I highly recommend this product!

Disappointed
This had the opposite effect on me that it is supposed to. I tried it and then tried it again to see if it would be different but it wasn't. Was worth a try, I suppose.
