Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like compound also called ubiquinone. It is an essential component of cells and is necessary for mitochondrial energy production. This product gave me a lot more energy which felt awesome but unfortunately I also developed insomnia. Two days after stopping coq10 I was back to sleeping.
