Pros: this is niaciamide, which is hard to find in local stores recently, good price and it contains no additives, only gelatin capsule. More tolerable than niacin (with strong flush reaction) or no-flush niacin (inositol hexaphosphate). Allowed me to built tolerance to niacin, by taking a small piece of niacin with niacinamide (after meal) and then slowly increasing amount of niacin and decreasing amount of niacinamide.
Cons: Swiss Naturals Niacinamide, same dose, with additives is easier to digest than this pure product, feels like alkaline food. Problem was solved by slowly replacing it with niacin.
