NOW Foods Organic Flax Seed Oil is cold pressed and unrefined. Flax seed oil has become a staple health product as a balanced source of the essential Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. NOW provides a convenient and potent liquid source of this oil from organic sources to meet growing consumer demand for pure, non-GMO sources of essential fatty acids. Liquid can be taken direct from spoon, or added to foods, salads, hot/cold cereals, yogurts, health shakes and smoothies.

Directions: Take 1 tablespoon directly, 1-2 times daily or add to salad dressings, dips, spreads, sauces, blender creations or drizzle over pasta or rice. Consume within 6 weeks of opening. Not for use in cooking applications above 320°F/160°C. Product may be frozen to extend shelf-life.
