Decent one month supply
Good size if trying for first time or need very little. I purchase the larger size for myself but wanted to share with my sister. I use B5 for energy issues and though I don’t notice any big improvements while taking this, I often notice I can get worse when off of it. Easy on my sensitive stomach and got on sale so good value.
