Great product! Have been using it for 4 months now and it has really strengthened my nails. I have used many other silica vitamins before, and this one I find works the best.

My lady used to have bad knee pains and this specific silica product combined with the collagen powder from Sports Research made the pain go away.
I use the product myself to stay healthy, both for the benefits to skin and hair and as a pill to lose extra water. My health generally has improved greatly since I started taking it.

I purchased this item to add to my dental health regimen. So far, so good. (I'm also using black walnut hull tincture for this.) Enamel seems to be slowly coming back where it had eroded, on the biting edge of my front teeth. I've been taking NOW Silica Complex twice a day for two weeks and my fingernails are also now hard as, well, nails. And shiny too. Very good product. I'm seeing the results I expected.
