Directions: Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet 1-2 times daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

• Horsetail Extract (Equisetum arvense) (Aerial Parts) 575 mg, providing: Silica 40 mg
• Calcium (as Calcium AAC*) 50 mg
• Zinc (as Zinc AAC*) 5 mg
• Boron (as Boron AAC*) 1 mg
• Bentonite (Clay) 10 mg
• Manganese (as Manganese AAC*) 2 mg

*AAC = Amino Acid Chelate

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, Tablet Coating (water, cellulose, hypromellose, stearic acid (vegetable source)), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Hyprolose and Croscarmellose Sodium.
