NOW Foods Silymarin Milk Thistle Extract (Silybum marianum), also known as Milk Thistle, has been used by traditional herbalists for centuries. Scientific studies have indicated that constituents in Silymarin may help to support healthy liver function. This vegetarian formula also includes Artichoke & Dandelion for additional support.

Each capsule contains:

• Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) (Fruit & Seeds) 300 mg (Standardized to contain 80% Silymarin Flavonoids)
• Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) Root (4:1 Extract) 100 mg
• Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) (Leaf) 50 mg
• Equivalent to 275 mg dried Artichoke Leaf

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Cellulose, Silica, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have liver disease, cancer, gallstones, a bile obstruction, bile duct cancer, intestinal blockage, spasms, pancreatic cancer, haemolytic anemia or if you are taking diabetes, or psychoactive medication, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
