Exactly as advertised, no more, no less. The halves are easy to separate to fill, and then close back up just as easily.
However, it would be appreciated if well.ca stocked some of the smaller sized capsules as well. These are on the larger size, with 00 being the largest on the market. Of course, it doesn't hurt to have some empty space in your capsule if you don't need all the volume, but I'd rather pay less for the smaller size, or pay the same amount for a higher count of the smaller size.
