Rated 3 out of 5 by from Smells pretty bad, but that's a small price for the benefits I rarely notice the smell of capsules, but these smell pretty bad which follows in terms of how you taste it. I haven't tried any other formats of selenium, so I'm not sure if it would be the case with all.
