NOW Foods Yeast Free Selenium Veg Capsules provides you with selenium in an easy to swallow capsule format, that is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Selenium is an essential trace mineral and functions as part of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione perioxidase. It is bonded to the essential sulfur amino acid, methionine, in a naturally occurring form as found in the diet. Selenium is not produced in the body, but it is needed for proper thyroid and immune system function. Selenium is used to treat or prevent selenium deficiency.

Seems good.
Seems to be working. It is hard to quantify these things, but I feel like I've noticed a difference since I started taking these. I have been taking them for 4 months now, it took about a month to notice any benefit, but I will continue to take them.
