Bought this seed mixture for the first time when it went on sale recently, and will probably buy again. It really is delicious, whether eaten out of the bag or added to salads, omelets, etc.

I was so happy to find this product on Well, my local natural food store has been sold out for months. These seeds are the best! I have a nut allergy as well as low iron. These seeds are high in iron. I am cautious about eating seeds as most are proceeded in facilities that also process nuts. I've never had a problem eating these seeds. I also really like the sachi inchi seeds, not much favour but it's got a good crunch.

So delicious! I love tossing these seeds with veggies for added crunch. I would buy them more often if they were a little less expensive.
