Recommended Dose:
- Children (aged 9-13 years): Take 2 softgels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

- Adults: Take 4 softgels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Each softgel contains:
Fish Oil (Providing 430 mg EPA, 290 mg DHA) (Derived from a blend of: sardine, anchovy, mackerel) 1,250 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, purified water, contain 2% or less of natural lemon flavour, natural lime flavour, rosemary extract, tocopherols, and ascorbyl palmitate.
Caution: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medications, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if perma seal is missing.

Only sardine, anchovy, and mackerel oils are featured in this blend. It is very effective for joints and for general good health maintenance. The dark bottle helps to keep the oil fresh, and it doesn't taste rancid or fishy as some brands might.
