Directions: Use 1-2 tbsp of red palm oil daily. Red palm oil will naturally separate. No refrigeration required; easier to spoon if chilled. Solidifies at cooler temperatures. To melt, place jar in warm water. Specks and variations of color and consistency occur naturally in this oil.

Loved it for stir frys and even put some in a smoothie! There's not much flavour, but it gives everything a nice orange hue. Gotta love those beta-carotènes! I find it good for cooking at medium to low heat as it doesn't alter the taste of foods like coconut oil does. Also, much easier to scoop out. Love this product, will buy again!

It's "okay", but I prefer the consistency and flavor of organic, virgin coconut oil much more for all of my needs, and will be sticking with that. Wanted to try this out as a one time deal, and don't feel that it has enough benefits to make it worth it as an addition to my kitchen. (Not sure about its sustainability practices either, as any kind of palm oil has been generally associated with major ecosystem destruction.)
