Directions: Adults take 5 ml (1 tsp.) daily; Adolescents 9-18 years old take 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp.) daily; Children 4 to 9 years old take 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp.) daily.
Shake well before each use. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 100 days.
