Directions:
- Shake the overnight oats bag to distribute its content
- In a hermetic bowl, mix 1/2 cup of overnight oats with 3/4 of milk or of a plant based beverage of your choice
- Refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 6 hours. Add toppings of your choice, such as nuts or fresh fruit, and enjoy chilled!
