It tastes exactly like marshmallows. It's good with cocoa powder for a healthy hot chocolate alternative. I also find it gives me a bit of an afternoon boost, probably the vitamins? Hard to tell just yet if the collagen is improving my skin/hair/nails but I would still recommend it.
