Modern and dry sparkling wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France. Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay & Colombard, giving tones of crispy Granny Smith apples, honey and lime. A youthful and elegant Chardonnay blend with high complexity and delicate bubbles. Blanc de Blancs is matured for 12 months before being gently released from alcohol.

Oddbird sparkles my celebrations!
Oddbird is my non-alcoholic sparkling go-to for sure!! I have served it on occasions before (like thanksgiving) and people didn’t even realize it! đ. It is “brut” and super fizzy which makes it taste delicious! I love both - white and rosé. Give it a try! Drive safely back home without the need to abstain from popping a sparkling this New Year’s celebrations!đ
