Works great!
I often suffer from not being able to sleep for more then 3-4 hours at a time and end up waking up in the middle of the night. I’ve only used this twice so far, but both times I slept for 6 hours so for me, pretty big improvement

I've never slept better
I have always had trouble falling asleep and other products left me groggy in the morning. Olly's help me get to sleep and have better quality sleep and no grogginess in the morning.
