Delicious and not sweet compared with supermarket cereals. They buy their ingredients directly from the farmers. Its nice to find safe & healthy, non GMO food. I would recommend this cereal for adults and children! Its better to eat with Almond milk instead of milk. Milk has more sugar and is not too ethical.

Some of the healthiest breakfast cereal you can have. Ingredients list is very short and full of goodness. Excellent nutritional value -- low sugar content. The cacao flavour is so nice and it's got just a hint of sweetness. Delicious. They do soften with milk -- you just have to give it 4-5 minutes before digging in.

I really enjoyed this cereal. It goes well with any type of milk(lactose intolerant). I love how the milk turned to chocolate milk after finishing the cereal.

Delicious but too expensive
I love chocolate and this cereal hits the spot without too much added sugar, etc. The price tag is rather high though, so I'll have to consume sparingly.

Strong taste, some bitterness. They donâÂÂt really soften with milk. On the plus side it does make the milk taste yummy once the cereal is gone

A healthy treat
Ibuse this to mix with cereal in the morning for balance of grains and proteins or I have it for a healthy snack. Delicious!
