Love to find a sprouted khorasan (kamut) flour
This has become one of my favourite flours since I have moved away from using conventional wheat and refined flours. As the other customer commented it did not have the same gluten content or texture of regular wheat flour which are definite difference with using not conventional flour. Having used khorasan flour for many years now it is something i Have researched and gotten used to using in my baking and bread making and it is the one flour everyone loves in my household which can be a tough crowd with 4 children. After doing much research on the benefits of sprouted grains it is nice tofind such a high quality sprouted product.

The taste of the product was fine but it is not a flour, it is very coarsely ground like cornmeal. It is not useable for pancakes, breads, or anything I purchased it for, so I am very disappointed. In a recipe it did not bind together or develop gluten, so I also wondered if it was mislabeled There is nothing on the package that indicates it is a coarse ground meal, so it is misleading. The other flour I bought from this company was very gritty as well. Avoid.

I like the sprouted khorasan
This grainy flour is a great addition to bread baking. I have baked whole khorasan or mixed with all purpose white. great nutty taste.
