Good but not great. Taste leaves much to be desired since these oats are pre-soaked and lacking the creaminess of regular or conventional oats. Also, these are cut into very small and tiny pieces which I do not like as that desirable rough wholegrain texture is missing. On the plus side, these are gluten-free and soaked for better digestibility.

The only brand of oats I do not react to
I started eating more oatmeal to help with my cholesterol levels. However, I have been having a hard time finding a brand for oats that I do not react to. For most brands, I end up feeling wheezy and then give up eating it. My sister suggested that I try this brand and honestly it is the only brand I do not react to. Not sure how it fairs in terms of baking but I will be buying this regularly for at least breakfast.
