Option+ Cold + Sinus Plus

Ibuprofen 200 mg, Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30 mg and Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg Tablets

Directions: Adults and children over 12 to 65 years: take 1 or 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours. Do not take more than 6 caplets in 24 hours

Warning: Allergy alert Ibuprofen may cause severe allergic reaction, especially in people allergic to acetylsalicylic acid (ASA). Stop use and get medical help right away if you have ,severe itching ,hives ,swelling of eyes and mouth ,skin blisters ,difficulty breathing. Stomach bleeding warning May cause stomach bleeding. Symptoms may include ,feeling faint ,vomiting blood ,bloody or black stools. Chance of stomach bleeding is higher if you ,are age 60 or over ,had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems ,take a blood thinner or steroid ,take with drugs containing NSAIDs like ASA, ibuprofen, naproxen, or prescription NSAIDs ,have 3 or more alcoholic drinks per day while using this product. Do not use ,if allergic to ibuprofen, ASA, salicylates, NSAIDs or any other ingredient in product ,if you are dehydrated due to vomiting, diarrhea, or lack of fluid intake ,right before or after heart surgery ,if in your third trimester of pregnancy ,in children under 12 years ,with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (drugs for depression or Parkinsons) or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI ,with other cough and cold drugs. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you ,have ,asthma ,alcoholism ,stomach ulcers or bleeding ,high blood pressure ,heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease ,diabetes ,glaucoma ,breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis ,difficulty or pain when urinating ,take any other drugs especially daily low-dose ASA (81 to 325 mg) or sedatives or tranquilizers ,are taking medication for weight control ,have any other serious medical condition ,are trying to conceive, in your first or second trimester of pregnancy, or if breastfeeding. When using this product ,take with food or milk if upset stomach occurs ,drowsiness may occur ,alcohol, sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness ,do not drive or engage in activities requiring alertness ,avoid alcoholic drinks ,excitability may occur, especially in children ,risk of heart attack or stroke may increase if used more or longer than directed. Stop use and ask a doctor if ,you show signs of stomach bleeding ,symptoms worsen or last more than 5 days ,fever lasts more than 3 days ,you are nervous, dizzy or canҒt sleep ,any new symptoms appear ,you have difficulty or pain when urinating. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.
