Troublesome from start, broke down within a year
From the first use, I swear this thing raised my blood pressure every time, just out of frustration. When you TRIED to use the touch-sensitive buttons, it wouldn't recognize the touch, but if you whispered near it, it would turn on for no reason. I gave up trying to do any of the setup, because the instructions were so convoluted (and the touch pads so finicky) were decidedly NOT user friendly. Then, in month 10, the connection to the electrical power also got cranky and now will not work at all, only work on battery power, which wear out very quickly. I had wanted to "buy Canada", but will not be buying from Option+ again.
