Glycerin suppositories for adults

Dosage: Adults: 1 suppository per day. Recommended duration of use: Do not use for more than 7 days. Directions of use: Remove suppository from wrapper. Gently insert into the rectum. Allow 15 minutes to 1 hour to produce bowel movement. To facilitate administration, moisten the suppositories with cold water.

Caution: Do not take within 2 hours of another medicine as the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced. Consult a healthcare practitioner promptly in case of bleeding. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if rectal discomfort or burning sensation occurs. Do not use in presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting, or if you have rectal irritation.
