High technology - high-end experience

The new Oral-B Genius 8000 Electric Toothbrush toothbrush has everything you need. This toothbrush thanks to its technology, allows you to live an experience at home as if you were at the dentist.
Connected to an internet application, this toothbrush communicates to your phone the information necessary to allow maximum brushing and gives you the answers of your brushing session. Many tools and gadgets accompany this toothbrush in order to have the desired results. I must say that for a teenager or a young adult who uses his smartphone for all his daily activities, he will love this product and will surely make it a pleasure to make his brushing session a pleasure. But for me an adult who likes less these gadgets it becomes a little complicated for a brushing session.
But I used it and I liked my experience, for the results given and for the experience of knowing if our dental hygiene is good. But for everyday use, 2-3 times a day it becomes a little complicated and a little long all this installation.
An Oral-B product is always a great product, I've been using these products for a long time.

I was thrilled to be selected for the brain oral b toothbrush I can't believe the difference it has made since using it Have always had sensitive teeth and suffer from receding gums Since I have been using the oral b it has almost stopped pain of sensitive teeth and my gums look healthy I like that it comes with 3 heads and now find it works better then when I floss It is painful to floss since my teeth are very close together The carrying case is great to travel with toothbrush and love the fact you can connect to smartphone Way to many great things to list about the product I will tell all I know to buy this product and can't say enough about how great it is Please if you have any dental issues around cleaning teeth then buy the toothbrush You won't be sorry and won't believe what a difference it will make And ppl will compliment you on your smile

WOW! Just WOW!!!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I never thought I would be the person to get excited over a toothbrush. It's advanced technology has sold me. The app is simple and easy to use. It times you 2:00 minutes while you're told where you need to brush and if you're being too harsh on your teeth, and gums. The starter kit comes with 3 brush heads so you can't find the perfect first for you. It also comes with really cool travel accessories, including a hard shell protecter case with charging abilities. Making it easy to take your toothbrush on the go. My only negative is the face recognition on the app is a bit uncomfortable to use because you can't really move or its out of focus. Otherwise I'm completely in LOVE & my teeth feel SO clean!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is an absolutely an incredible toothbrush I owned a much older model a few years back and it doesn't even compare to the 8000. I thought the Bluetooth technology was pretty silly until I realized what it did when combined with the app. I like that you can have programs for troubled spots on your teeth for example I'm using the whitening program at the moment and took a before picture so I'm interested to see the difference in 2 weeks! It's also very incredible that it tells you what spots your brushing too long or hard, I never realized how much I stuck to my right side until I looked at the precision brushing stats! Very smart toothbrush, it's wild what technology can do now.
This gives a very nice smooth clean. My teeth feel like I just came from the dentist! 5/5 for the toothbrush for sure, BUT, the reason for my 4/5 on the ratings is because the app absolutely destroys the battery on my phone, in the 2 mins I brushed my teeth for my battery level dropped 10% so this is the only thing I am not happy about. The app could definitely have some power saving features that's what would bring my rating to a 5/5 because the app is really incredible! I'm actually excited to brush my teeth now!

Love it!

Its really nice to be able to 'customize' my brushing according to what I need that day. And love the idea of the pressure alert, as sometimes I brush too hard (don't we all?!). One thing I don't feel the need for is all the gimmicks, the app, the customizable lights. I wouldn't recommend buying this specific model for those but would recommend buying another another model.

My teeth feel so smooth and clean, just like when you leave the dentist office, except you have this feeling every day. I have sensitive teeth and some gum problems , the great thing with the Oral B Genius toothbrush it lets you know if you are using too much pressure, the light will go red and the sound will change letting you know you to move to the next teeth. Great for kids, keeps them interested and their teeth get a good cleaning. The only thing I wish the Oral B Genius came with 2 handles, so we can share the unit with the kids in the other bathroom. I would highly recommend Oral B Genius 8000 electric toothbrush

All the bells and whistles

I like the different settings for sensitive teeth, brushing your tongue, whitening etc. My teeth feel smooth and clean and look brighter which I love. The toothbrush is Bluetooth compatible which to be honest is a bit much for me. I won't use this feature. I have two young children and don't have time to set my phone up, open the app, etc etc. It's also very pricey and I'm not sure I would pay that much for a toothbrush.

Most amazing Toothbrush

Oral-B has given the multi brushes that do work wonderful with deep cleaning and speed control has to be great, not too hard on gums or your teeth.I really enjoyed the rhythm of the tooth brush across my tongue. Very genius idea how u can have the 2 minute timer for different functions. This OrAl-B Genius tooth brush case is sleek and compact,dishwasher safe for the oops in the future. I will be enjoying the OralB app and watching my daily brushing and pressure control habits.
I no that this tooth brush for the next few years will be helping me with my daily brushing for healthy gums & to have stronger teeth.

Very Impressed!!

My expectations when trying the Oral-B Genius 8000 Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush, was that it wouldn't be as good, or at least equal to the rechargeable brush I was currently using, that quit on me, so I wasn't prepared to be wowed by what this system could do. I thought my teeth felt pretty good before, after using my current model, but after using the cross-action head and being guided by the sensor ring and the Oral B app on my smart phone....yes, it connects by Bluetooth to your phone and tells you where you went wrong....I was quite impressed by the 'just cleaned by the dentist' feeling.
There's a lot going on with this brushing system...you have 3 types of brushes, many options as to the type of 'brushing' you want to do, as well.
The travel holder can also be plugged in to the wall and supports a USB, in which you can charge your smartphone from.
I don't think I'll be using the smartphone app as much, as I'm usually rushed in the morning and don't want to take the time to set it up (smartphone holder attachment for the mirror included), but the fact that the smart ring is equally helpful on its own, is a plus.
This is a well thought out system to help get the best brushing experience you can achieve, that is comfortable for you. It's a bit pricey, but considering what you get in accessories, and the results of what you can achieve, it is well worth the cost.

Clean teeth
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) After about 2 weeks of using this brush, my teeth are a lot whiter. I love the soft brush head that comes with it as my gums are pretty sensitive. There are 3 brush heads that came with this little gem! I love the fact that it came with a travel case which makes it easier to travel and you don't need to worry about losing your brush heads! The bluetooth is great as I'm not always able to connect to my phone I like that the brush stores so many brushes, and one more mention I really like about this one is that every 30 seconds if you don't have your app connected on your phone is that it buzzes to let you know to move to the next section to your mouth.
If I could rate this 10 instead of 5 stars I definitely would!

This product has everything you need for cleaner whiter teeth.
It is also bluetooth compatible which is great esp for travellers.
This toothbrush comes with a few different styles of brush heads so those who want sensitive or whitening or deep cleaning can have their choice.
This is a highly made product by one of the best oral hygiene companies.
it is long lasting and super durable.. makes your mouth feel like you just stepped out of the dentist office..
I recommend for most people, except those with dentures should not use and i feel it is too hard on a young childs teeth... no one under 12 should use it in my opinion!
But a great product.

Totally genius toothbrush experience!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I absolutely was surprised by how much I love brushing my teeth with the Oral-B Genius 8000 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush. I have been travelling lately and the rechargeable travel case is such a bonus. It also has a port so I can recharge my I-Phone at the same time. It took a couple of days to adjust because the brush feels bigger than the manual toothbrushes I usually use. After a few days tho, I didn't even notice the difference. I like that you can track your brushing habits with a smartphone app. I also liked all the different options on the brush itself brushing the gums or tongue etc. I definetly find that my brushing habits have improved and I don't think I could ever go back to a manual brush again!

But after visiting the dentist last week, I was told how great my teeth and especially my gums looked! They said they could notice a huge difference and that I should keep using the Oral-B Genius 8000 tooth brush. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been brushing with this toothbrush for a few weeks now. The head of the brush is easy to use because it is small - however, the entire toothbrush is so tall it doesn't fit into my medicine cabinet.
It's a VERY fancy toothbrush! It has a lot of bells and whistles, which I have yet to learn how to use...
The instructions are extremely detailed, and written in a small font.
It's a great toothbrush, eventually I will be able to put it to better use..I hope!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) WOW what a toothbrush!!! I recently started using the Oral B 8000 rechargeable toothbrush and I LOVE it. It is so easy to use, has an app that you can install on your smart phone Oral B, that has a timer that also can sense when you are applying too much or too little pressure. It came with a mount that you can use with your phone. You attach the mounting unit to the mirror and then slide your smart phone in, however I found the suction wasn't strong enough and the mount and my phone fell off into the sink.
On the timer mode it goes through the following stages, brush teeth, Clean tongue, floss, and rinse.
I have the fresh from the dentist whole mouth clean feel after each time I use the Oral B 8000 rechargeable toothbrush.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This toothbrush is really amazing. I absolutely love it. I have sensitive gums and tend to brush too hard. My gums then bleed and hurt. This toothbrush has a warning system for when I brush too hard. It made me realize I actually have not been brushing properly and way too hard. The toothbrush allowed me to re-learn how to apply the proper pressure.
Next is the feeling. To me movement of the brush head feels exactly like the one my dentist uses. I love the round brush too. it leaves my teeth clean and soft just like at the dentist office. The app is also very helpful in monitoring that I am doing a good job in brushing and that I brush long enough. Again this is something to learn and a have my phone and look up when I brush. Old habits die hard. I find I brush twice a day now because I enjoy the feel on my teeth. I cannot wait to hear what my dentist says on my next checkup next week. I love the portable case which doubles up as a charger. All and all this is well worth the investment on my oral health. Thank you.

This toothbrush has an app that syncs with my smart phone so I can monitor my brushing habits. It has a setting for sensitive teeth which is unlike any other electric brush I've seen. The travel case makes it very easy to transport as well. I have to say, it's visually appealing too so it doesn't look hideous while being charged on the bathroom counter.

Average Toothbrush
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was very excited to try this brush out since I had heard great things about it. When I opened the packaging, I was overwhelmed with the amount of attachments and fun little things it came with. i like seeing a brush come with extra brush heads. I knew I was going to be travelling only a couple days after getting this brush so I couldn't wait to try out the travel case. I was frustrated to see that the brush didn't fit the travel case without the brush head and the extra attachments kept falling out of their little container. I had to travel with everything loose and was annoyed that at this price point, nothing fit their travelling cases. When I used the actual brush, it didn't clean my teeth any better as I was expecting, it just felt like a normal brush and I wasn't amazed by it. I know it has a lot of extra tools but unless you have serious issues with your teeth and you follow/use every feature on this brush religiously, just get a regular electric toothbrush. This is my own opinion and I don't think it's worth the price.

All I can say is WOW!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Just got my Oral B Genius toothbrush in the mail, and I couldn't wait to try it out. I've never before owned an electric toothbrush - always the old fashioned manuals.
Opening the box was a little overwhelming, I've got to admit. Cords and components.... and an instruction manual, which is something I've never had to deal with when I bought a toothbrush in the past. But it actually wasn't as complicated to set up as I initially thought.
It came with a charged battery, so I went straight to the washroom to try it out. I must have brushed my teeth for 15 minutes, because it felt so amazing! I've got some gaps between my back molars, so I'm always having to floss after each time I eat. And, even though I had already flossed, this toothbrush was still pulling stuff out! Gross to think I've been doing this for years! I didn't want to stop brushing, that's how great it felt. And, when I did stop, I ran my tongue across my teeth, and it felt just like I had been to the dentist. They looked noticeably cleaner too.
Now all I have to do is figure out the blue tooth feature and pair it with my phone.

This electric toothbrush system is so superior that I can see and feel a significant difference. The round brush reaches all areas, so much easier to clean back teeth and behind my lower bottom teeth. I no longer feel plaque build up and teeth are definitely whiter.
I don't wish to stick a suction cup to my mirror nor handle my iPhone in the bathroom.
This a great toothbrush, and a huge upgrade from a regular toothbrush. I'm just mad at myself for not getting it a long time ago. It cleaned my teeth very well, and removed the coffee stains I had. You can feel and see the difference from the first couple uses. Love the traveling case, chargers, storage parts and toothbrush itself.

Like the dentist!

As soon as the mail man delivered it I opened up the box, raced up to my bathroom and synced up the app. All I can say is wow!! My teeth feel like I just had them cleaned at the dentist's office. I would never have brushed for the full 2 minutes without the zone by zone encouragement on my phone. I need to go out to buy some extra heads so that my whole family can use it!

Best Tooth Brush Ever!

I love that you can program the type of clean you want from professional to gentle. It also has a timer which is pretty cool so you know you are brushing long enough. There is a coloured ring that changes colours if you press to hard. You can even hook up to the app to ensure you are maximizing your brush. Another cool component is the travel case it comes with. You can charge the case so you will have a charge when your are travelling with no cords! Since I have been using this for a couple of weeks I've been asked a few times if I have had my teeth whitened ( AWESOME). I am very particular aboutt my teeth and ora hygiene and this is a great tool to enhance that!!!!!!

I really enjoy this tooth brush, mainly because it helps me track my tooth care, not just with brushing but also with flossing, tongue brushing and mouth rinsing; which the app lets you customize to fit your needs. The timer and teeth tracker are very useful in helping brush properly (I found out
I brush way too hard). I really like that the company offers different brush heads to meet a bunch of needs and that similarly the tooth brush and app offer different settings for things like gum health and teeth whiting which can be used as additional or everyday care. I did travel with this tooth brush and the travel case was really handy. Most of all I loved that the app was FREE. The only thing I would change about this tooth brush is that the brush is black and the heads are white.

What a great product

My teeth feel extremely clean after using and my kids absalutly love it. They each have their own brush attachment and they are interested in brushinf their teeth which is a huge achievement.
I love the phone attachment and the app that you can download but unfortunatly my phone is to big for the attchment but the app works with out it.
I love that it tells you when you are doing somethinf wrong for example a red light will come on and i love that you can change settings.
The only downfall of this tooth brush is that you have to have it in your mouth before you turn it on or you will get toorhpaste everywhere.
All and all a great product that you can recharge. Who wouldnt love it.

Im usually in brushing my teeth for more than 2 minutes, twice a day but I was so excited to give this a try. I couldn't wait! Almost better then a dentist appointment

My teeth never felt or looked this good!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This was my first time using an electric toothbrush and I honestly can't believe the difference it makes. You haven't brushed until you've brushed with a Genius. My teeth feel so slick and appear whiter too.
I was a little overwhelmed at first by all the bells and whistles but once you download the app, it literally walks you through the process step by step. You even get to personalize it. Another cool feature is that it even keeps track of your brushing stats when you're not connected.
I also like the fact that the base acts as a recharger for your toothbrush and your phone. I never would have thought to bring an electric toothbrush on a business trip, but last week I did.
The phone holder is also remarkably sturdy. I was nervous at first but it's incredibly secure. My kids even use it to secure their smartphones and watch movies in the bath. Clearly not Oral B's intended use but honestly, they could sell it alone because it works that well.
My only recommendation to Oral B would be to make the App info easier to find on the packaging or instructions. It took me a few tries to find it in the App Store. Might be less ideal for an older or less tech savvy consumer.
Overall a great product that would make a great gift too. I'm very satisfied. My husband and children are curious and a little jealous each time they see me use it.
