Description & Features
Organic Traditions Holy Basil Tulsi Tea is a delicious, rejuvenating ayurvedic tea with a blend of rama, krishna, and vana tulsi, used for meditation and relaxation.
Holy Basil, also commonly known Tulsi is one of the key rejuvenating tonics of Ayurveda. For centuries, the herb was used before meditation in order to calm the mind and encourage a blissful state.
Boil 2-3 teaspoons of Holy Basil in 8-12 oz. of water. Add more tea for a more robust flavour. Enjoy this tea as is or add 1 teaspoon of Organic Traditions Vanilla Powder. Grate fresh ginger into the tea to add more heat. Naturally sweeten with 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Organic Traditions Stevia Powder. Cool to create a refreshing iced tea. Use the liquid for a healthy hair and scalp rise or for a mild facial toner.

Calming and heavenly!
This is such a wonderful loose-leave blend of Tulsi. I’ve even been adding a scoop or two to my black or green tea. At night, just plain to unwind. Fantastic price for the quality and quantity of the product. I have a stainless tea steeper, so just FYI. Smooth taste, wonderful affects. Love this Organic Traditions! Great product.

Good tasting but very fine powder
Great tasting tulsi, but ground almost to a powder. I’m more accustomed to leaf teas having a courser grind, ie actually see the leaves and seeds.
I use a mesh strainer but there is still a fair amount of powder/grit left in bottom of cup.
Otherwise taste, smell, and price are all good.
