Organika Garcinia Plus is made of a combination of Garcinia Cambogia, Bromelain and Chromium essential to metabolism. It helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates and fats for better overall health and moderate appetite suppressant to promote weight loss and better digestive health. It also provides support for healthy glucose metabolism to help balance energy levels.
Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are diabetic; have gastrointestinal lesions / ulcers; are taking anticoagulant agents, anti-inflammatory agents or antibiotics; or before having surgery. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid sipping or drinking undiluted apple cider vinegar. Use cautiously in patients with osteoporosis, based on one case report. Hypersensitivity / allergy has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use (and consult a health care practitioner). Delayed gastric emptying can lead to Gastroparesis. Theoretically, long term oral use of apple cider vinegar can decrease potassium levels, increasing the risk of toxicity of cardiac glycoside drugs such as digoxin (Lanoxin), adding to potassium-lowering effects of insulin, laxatives and diuretics such as furosemide.
Recommended Dose- (Oral) Adults Only: Take 1 capsule three times per day 30 minutes before meals.

I love it. It helped me lose a lot of weight. But you should remember that it is not magic, for me it mostly helped me with my sugar and other carvings which made it very easy for me to make good lifestyle changes. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months starting with the day I started this. but I should mention that I made very big changes in the kind of foods I was eating and this definitely helped me not miss my old diet. I also feel a lot more energetic both from these and my new diet.

Exactly what it claims to do
I just started this product last week. My biggest struggle with weight loss is that I literally feel hungry all the time! I feel way more in control of my appetite than I have in a very long time. I will continue to use this product until I reach my desired weight :)

Great at suppressing cravings.
I'm on my third bottle of this stuff. When taken as indicated, 30 minutes before eating, I have a hard time finishing my plate as I feel full halfway through. This product is awesome.
