Directions: For Adults & Children 6 Yrs+. Recommended use is 1-3 times daily, as required: Blow the nose if necessary. Insert applicator into one nostril, tilt head slightly in the opposite direction. Spray 1 or 2 short bursts to cleanse the nostril. Repeat in the other nostril. After use, clean and dry the applicator and put the protective cap back on.
