The best quality cassava flour.
This is a good quality flour, I believe the best brand. I use it to make Salvadoran pupusas which are traditionally made with corn or rice flour. This is a dish I make often, so this is a regular purchase for me. Also good for arepas (bread buns), pancakes, flatbreads etc.
