More like flavored water than stock
Not really impressed...it tasted pretty bland, like water with a slight hint of mushroom. Couldn't taste the salt or garlic at all. I ended up adding a whole cube of stock to it to give it some kind of flavor...I feel like if you just boiled some mushrooms in water it would taste the same. It probably has some health benefits though since its organic

My go-to keto broth
Not the strongest broth out there, but it's very low carb and makes for a good soup base. For non-keto people, I have used this to pressure-cook pasta for the most flavourful mac and cheese!

Love it
Really delicious as a soup or gravy base. I'm not a vegetarian, but I am on keto and I love that this has no carbs and a good earthy flavour.
