The BEST gluten-free croutons I've tried! Favourable and crunchy but not "stale"-tasting like other brands.

I agree with all the reviews about hardness and lack of flavor - but these are great in soup, it softens them, and I add my own flavor. I make tomato soup from fresh tomatoes, and the croutons taste amazing in it when soggy! They swell up to four times the size...

Theses are the BEST allergy free croutons on the market. We absolutely love them and no one knows the difference !

I was about to give these a so-so review, because they are SO hard they made my salad unpleasant to eat.

But then I had an aha moment, and tossed them in a skillet with some mushrooms, onions and olive oil, and used the mixture to stuff pork chops.

Because these little critters are so crunchy, they really hold up well in a stuffing, and even gave it a little bit of crunch here and there. Delicious, too!

These croutons are about half the size of a regular bread crouton, which is fine, but they may cost you a visit to the dentist if you crack a tooth on one -- that's how hard they are. I expected a punch of herb & garlic flavour, which was lacking.
