I foolishly bought this without checking the ingredient list bc it says 100% quinoa flour. It is also contains Egg White and potato starch. We have an allergy to egg and I didn't notice until after we consumed it. Aside from that the texture and taste are suboptimal.

I was not disappointed with this 100% quinoa pasta. The flavour is nutty and the texture is so much better than brown rice pasta. The spaghetti broke easily but this product kept its shape very well. It is loaded with protein and flavour and ready for your favourite sauce.

Yikes. I bought this pasta because I have a friend who cannot eat any grains or grasses. If you are trying to avoid gluten, get the pasta that is the quinoa-brown rice-white rice-corn blend. This pasta (100% quinoa) is very disappointing.
