Very handy with lots of useful attachments!
I have been looking for a cordless hair clipper in particular, but wasn't really happen with what I can find online (can't shop the normal way due to lockdown) - either too expensive or never heard of the brand.
Chanced upon this model that's available for a very reasonable price, immediately decided to the purchase. The package arrived after about 3 days and was very happy with what I got. Not only there's more than enough useful attachments for pretty much any personal hair management I could think of, the main unit itself is compact and very comfortable when handled.
Best purchase that I've made in recent months!!

Major DOWNGRADE from previous 5000 Series model
This model is a major downgrade from my previous 5000 Series model from several years ago. It's NOT waterproof and cannot be rinsed with water to clean it. The attachments are limited and finding the proper length for hair and beard is nearly impossible due to lack of sizes for the guards. It's also made with a rubber coating that makes it easy to hold, but which also collects A LOT of dirt that cannot be cleaned off, since it's not waterproof.
Considering it's a 5000 Series like my last one, it's sickening that they would make it a vastly inferior product. I feel like I was scammed.

Product has poor features
No Charging indicator ...can not observe if charging is in progress. Generally, it is not as great as other products I have purchased earlier. Not happy and satisfied with this product.

Slim and agile.
I bought this when my full sized wired clippers were too much for me to handle due to some physical limitations.
I needed something that could shave my head and give me a quick beard cleanup when needed.
They have been great. Lightweight, agile and sharp. I have shaved my head once, cut my beard scruff before shaving at least 3 times and cleaned up my beard and neck. All of this on a single charge and they are still going. The guards and attachments are great to have. The extra wide attachment is great for shaving head and the nose trimmer is a bonus.
Overall it does exactly what I needed to and at a decent price. I don't know how long they will last but Philips gave me a 4 year warranty for registering them.

Great value for money
I had been looking around for a body trimmer and didn't want to spend a lot of money for little use. I compared this trimmer to the ManScaped product and you get way more for your money with this with all the attachments and for half the price.
The trimmer works really well and I can not imagine a more expensive trimmer working any better. The only to complaints I have, if you even want to call them complaints, is that the trimmer itself doesn't have a charge indicator and that the attachments aren't well labeled as to what they are for. I guess it doesn't really matter, but it would be nice. I did find a chart online that lists the colors of the attachments and what they are meant for, but that chart isn't included in the package.

Excellent!
In this pandemic year, we purchased the multigroom to keep our hair properly maintained. We were hesitant at first, so started with the longest attachment, 16mm, being careful to cut just about a ¼ in. off. We were pleasantly surprised, and have subsequently used this multigroom a total of 3 times. Easy to hold, keep its charge.
