Not worth the price
I purchased this machine and have used it all over my body. The instructions and website make it seem like an easy product to use, but the only thing that works is the shaver and trimmer head. The epilator breaks 50% of the hairs and pulls 50% out by the root. Even when using it against hair growth and pulling skin tight. I have tried trimming hairs to the reccomeneded length and get the same results. I've grown hairs longer and still the same, just a lot more painful. I have also tried using it wet and dry. It makes no difference. On top of the breakage, the two guards provided for sensitive areas (like your face and bikini) don't even stay on the machine. As soon as you press the epilating head to your skin the guard pops off. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone who is looking for an epilator, it's not worth it.

Don't buy it
It's the worst epilator I've ever had. It removes hair well only on very soft parts of body making almost impossible to clean up legs. Horrile product, completely useless.

Not satisfied at all
I had it for 2 years and I hated it from day one
I’m not considered as a hairy person but this device doesn’t do the trick: too long too short, too coarse too thin, it doesn’t grab anything!
What use to take me 30 minutes now takes at least 45 AND THEN, the battery doesn’t last long enough.
On top of that, the plug connection is so weak that it will disconnect just by looking at it.
Very deceiving when you pay almost a 100$ for such a device.

Impossible to use the accessories: I don't buy back!
It's impossible to use three accessories!
After you put them on the epilator, as soon as you begin to epilate, the accessories come off soon after!
I don' t recommend to buy this product if you are attracted by the accessories!
You couldn't to use them! :-(
