Excellent razor
The razor is truly water immersive when I shave with shaving gel/foam, and the machine does not get stuck when under water. That's unlike some of the dry and wet razors out there - they just stop working after a brief moment in the water.
It does a good job at trimming my hair on my face that can some times be at the formation stage of an obvious mustache and goatee (haven't shaved for a few days), but the razor still does wonders to trim it down.
Perhaps a higher/newer model would provide an even closer shave? But I'm happy with the job this razor is doing, where I typically wet shave anywhere from 1 day to 5+ days, and it still works beautifully.

Very Slow Blade Rotation - Poor Shave
Very disappointed in this razor. Cannot believe how slow the blades rotate. After fully charging the razor, it still sounds like it needs to be charged to full capacity. The shave is not very close and requires going over the same area many times. Expected a lot better results from this razor. Again, the biggest disappointment is the speed of the blade rotation after being fully charged. As many reviewers have experienced the same issue, Philips should be able to do better than this. A really great shaver!
The S3333/54 Canadian and European version is a fantastic shaver in the traditional design with the clipper on the back. It does the job fine and is very easy to clean. Runtime seems to average about 45 minutes to 1 hour. The display of 3 white bars is clean, simple to read and understand. When the charge is getting really low the display will show one bar in orange.
I was so pleased with the S3333/54 I bought my son one. So another possible option would be to check out the US versions under the name Norelco Philips. The Norelco 3800 Silver or Norelco 3500 Blue (no charging stand/base) are identical except for the colours. So if the seller will ship to your country. You'll just need a charger tip adapter if you cannot use a North American plug. But the Philips charger works on 110 or 220.

philips shaver 3000 upsetting
I was getting tired of buying blades for my razor and i thought that maybe an electric razor would be the solution,,,BOY was i wrong. i brought it home charged it up and when i went to use it, it sounded like it had a weak battery and running slow, i did use it the first time and it seemed to be ok but i broke out from something and i reboxed it i gave it about a month and i tried it again and it was still fully charged and i didn't seem to do as good as the first time i had to go slow....my stick razor get a closer shave but i just repacked it up and boxed it away i will try it again but it just needs to be re adjusted for cutting speed as it feels like it is burning my skin because i have to go so slow

A few bumps on the road but not on my face.
So far so good. As this is only my 2nd electric razor in my 66yrs on this great green earth of ours, I have only good things to say about my recent purchase. I purchased it initially after years of using the "soap and scrape method" of a safety razor due to a medical condition requiring radiation treatment, so I am waiting to get back to my new Phillips razor to continue using it. Radiation caused the hair on my face to fall out so I haven't need it at all during my treatment. But that is behind me now and I look forward to resuming my new razor relationship very soon. I will get back to you then, Thank you Phillips.

Disappointing shave
I had been using a Philips PT920 shaver for several years, but it started having a problem with stopping while in use as if it was jammed. I figured 7 years was pretty good usage so I retired it and bought the S3332 model. The first time I used it I noticed I didn't get as close a shave as with the PT920 but kept using it for a few months. Just to compare, I charged up my old PT920 and found it gave me a much smoother, closer shave. So I packed up the S3332 and will keep using the older PT920 as long as I can keep it working.

Head shaver
Really good product if you would like a close shave on you head. I have used other electric razors and this one shifts with your head. Beforehand I needed to spend 30 minutes shaving my head and now it only takes me 10. The only issue I might have is that the shaving heads are easy to loose. Once I got a hang of cleaning it the process is fine.

Excellent shaver
I purchased this after my Phillips Aquashave quit working after 5yrs of service. I had bought one for my brother for Christmas, and he loves it, so when my old razor died I purchased this model. Wonderful shaver. Charge lasts a month of shaving, shaves incredibly close and complete without having to go over the spots repeatedly. It does a great job on the neck area which was always hard to get with most razors. I have owned 5 electric razors and this one is the best. Price is good as well!
